At Healthcare NT Sickcare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
